Mrs. Conforti has had the privilege to work with students in both Pre-K and Kindergarten classrooms for over a decade. She started out her teaching journey as a Head Start teacher for Community Progress Council, and then as a Pre-K Counts and Kindergarten teacher in York City School District. She loves forming positive, lasting connections with her students and their families.
She has an M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University and went to Eastern University for her undergraduate education studying Early Childhood Education.
She has been recognized by The National Center for Pyramid Model Innovations for her work in social-emotional development and learning. She strives to create a safe, nurturing environment for all of her students.
When she is not teaching she enjoys:
Reading about personal growth, human connection, and the human mind.
Singing, playing ukulele & piano, and writing poetry.
Spending time with her husband John.
