Mrs. Freeman's Bio
Mrs. Leslie Freeman is the Intervention Specialist at Mazie Gable Elementary School. She began her teaching career in 2008 in the Red Lion Area School District as a learning support teacher. Mrs. Freeman completed her undergraduate degree at Juniata College in Elementary and Special Education in 2008. She then completed her Master's Degree in Consulting Resource Teacher at Lancaster Bible College in 2014. Mrs. Freeman also completed a Restorative Justice in Education Certificate in 2018 from Eastern Mennonite University. Mrs. Freeman continues to take graduate classes to gain more strategies to use in her classroom.
Outside of school, Mrs. Freeman is married and has two small boys that keep her busy. Her family enjoys the beach, field hockey, the Baltimore Orioles, hiking, and gardening.
